Chinese restaurants in the United States range from steam-table lunch counters to white-tablecloth Cantonese seafood halls, and most fall somewhere in between: a laminated menu, a lunch special board, and combo plates priced a few dollars below the dinner menu. Ordering by number off the menu is normal and speeds things up, especially at takeout counters. Family-style ordering, where a table shares several dishes with rice rather than each person getting an individual entree, is standard at sit-down spots and usually cheaper per person. Many neighborhood restaurants are cash-preferred or charge a small card fee, so it is worth asking or checking the door before you order. Delivery apps cover most areas, but calling the restaurant directly is often faster and avoids the markup.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 am–9 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Bethlehem is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Bethlehem peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Awesome selection! So clean and smells neutral unlike some that smell like rotting fish. Great market!

I only picked up so I cant say much to the service or atmosphere but the food just isnt that good. Its overly expensive and if you want spring rolls (dont have egg rolls for whatever reason) or anything that isnt white rice, thats an extra price on top. I paid 53$ for General Tso's and Sesame. Barely any sesame, looks like they sprinkled it on top at the end like they forgot and its barely there. The Boba is good at least but the food is beyond disappointing for the price. The flavor profile is there when you can taste it but extremely mute if there at all. Its all in the sauce at the bottom which would be fine, if there was enough to go around. Not worth it. Go elsewhere. Dont recommend to anyone. Its too expensive for something so lack luster. Its not bad per say. But its the worst ive had in my entire life. And that isnt an exaggeration. No fortune cookies either. Somehow not a traditional Chinese restaurant but more expensive and less tasty than an actual one. My food was supposed to be SESAME chicken. Now tell me. Where is the sesame? I certainly dont see it. Edit :Ended up throwing away my chicken and the rice. Genuine waste of money.

Simply amazing... While most people were indulging in Sunday brunch, my girlfriend wanted Chinese food. As we drove, she read the description for U & TEA and we knew we had to go. The place is clean with plenty of room and great lighting — and the entire establishment is food focused. Our server helped with teas and plates and we placed our orders. My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken for her main meal. It was obvious the food was fresh and the dish had been cooked in fresh oil (and only for a short amount of time). The sauce was delicate and subtle, which allowed the flavor of the tender chicken to shine through. And what a plate! She ended up having leftovers for two days. Although I normally order seafood, I love duck and have it once or twice a year. From the menu, their duck dishes looked fantastic. Our server recommended the Peking Duck, which I had always wanted to try. That dish brought Alice Gatsch with it. She is kind and engaging and introduced how I should properly eat Peking Duck. She walked be through the steps of how to prepare the buns with scallion, cilantro, and sauce. I wish I could convey how tender the duck was and how crispy the skin had been. It was

Better Chinese food than their competitors. I especially love the sweet and sour pork, proper restaurant style, which is nothing like takeout food. They use a juicy, fatty cut of pork belly. The sensation of biting through the sturdy crunchy batter to be greeted by pork fat and juices, intermingling with the thick sauce—just blissful. However, they need to improve their quality control, as one time the pork was rancid and the batter did not crisp up. The mapo tofu’s great. I’d avoid the red-braised pork, though, as it didn’t taste quite right.
